A Day in the Life of a Marketing SEO and Web Manager:

You play a critical role in managing the website and landing pages for lead generation and product sales. You own the CRO testing plan, SEO efforts and website analytics. The ideal applicant is an analytical guru, a strategic thinker and a methodical marketer who understands the fundamental elements that convert website visitors into qualified leads.

  • Develops strategic plans annually, quarterly, and monthly to achieve KPI goals specifically in relation to SEO, website functionality, and CRO.
  • Manages the implementation of new website content (posting blogs, building landing pages, building additional content pages) through the CMS.
  • Ensures landing pages are driving leads on desktop and mobile, while delivering the best possible consumer journey.
  • Analyzes website performance, provides regular reporting and insights and finds ways to improve conversion rate.
  • Develops test plans for CRO based upon hypotheses formed by an analysis of our website data.
  • Manages the test plans for conversion rate optimization and the continuous process of improving conversion rates throughout the website.
  • Evaluate paid and organic campaign effectiveness and oversee agency partner to drive qualified leads into the marketing funnel.


What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years working in digital marketing particularly managing websites.
  • Fluent in conversion optimization and the search landscape, including search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
  • Expertise in using web analytics and sales data to drive decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and to validate the success of key site changes/enhancements.
  • Experience working with Omniture, Google Analytics or other website analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with CMS systems including WordPress and writing content. DjangoCMS experience is ideal.
  • General understanding of HTML, PHP, CSS, Javascript, and web server environments; technical expertise to direct implementation of all approved initiatives.
  • Experience with lead generation preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Content Management Systems and Ecommerce platforms.
  • Solid understanding of online marketing strategies - fluent in CRO and SEO.
  • Expertise using web analytics and data to drive decisions, identify opportunities, and to validate the success of key site changes/enhancements.
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau preferred.
  • Experience with Sales Force Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) and Social Studio (Radian6) strongly preferred.
