Your Role as a Talent Development Specialist:

Responsible for analyzing, designing, developing and evaluating training classes, courses, and training materials. The Talent Development Specialist will serve as a mentor, advisor, and an instructional design subject matter expert for the Talent Development team and organization.


Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  1. Must have at least 2 years of experience in an instructional role.
  2. Be able to lead key projects and initiatives, including but not limited to, completing assigned projects and initiatives timely and recommending changes to improve procedures/systems.
  3. Manage multiple deliverables and timelines in adherence with the established quality standards and processes style guide consistencies, and other appropriate review cycles.
  4. Develop and facilitate virtual training sessions, large group, development meetings, focus groups, and other initiative/project meetings.
  5. Possess subject matter expertise in A.D.D.I.E. Development Model, adult learning principles, Blooms Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick's Levels of Evaluations, and other instructional design concepts and best practices.
  6. Demonstrate a high level of competence in identifying and adapting to various communications styles and methods.
  7. Able to work independently or collaboratively.
  8. Possess strong consultative, analytical and problem solving skills
